Who We Are

Dr. Bob & Kim Bergman are the founders of 2Equip, an organization that is passionate about developing leaders and seeing people grow into who they are created to be. Both are certified life and leadership trainers and coaches. They co-direct a five-state region for the International Association of Healing Rooms and have served as elders for two church congregations. During Bob’s twenty-five years of service in the Navy, they lived in various places nationally and internationally and led multiple marriage and discipleship groups. They have been married 38 years, have six amazing children and God has added a beautiful daughter-in-law to their family.

Bob earned his Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Regent University, is a retired Navy Captain and has worked in the defense contracting industry for more than a decade. Kim has a BA from the University of Rochester, NY and has been homeschooling their children for 27 years. Both Bob and Kim have a diploma of Christian Ministry from Vision International University and are Patriot Academy Constitution Coaches.
